This is great Commercial Floor Sealer for VCT and linoleum flooring. Also protect your vinyl flooring and vinyl tile with easy to apply, stain resistant, Armstrong Sealer. Prolong the life of your floors at a cost you can afford.

• Armstrong sealer is stain-resistant and high durability for long-lasting protection of vinyl tile, linoleum surfaces, and vinyl flooring
• Provides an excellent base for S-480 or other commercial floor polishes
• Easy application and excellent leveling properties
• Gallon Coverage – approx. 1,500 to 2,000 square feet / gallon
• Shelf life is one year if not opened
   
Floor Prep:
• Strip Floor Using Armstrong S-490 Stripper (we no longer carry this product).  S-490 Stripper not suitable for linoleum.
  
  Seal and Polish:
• Apply 2 coats
• Use clean mop
• Let dry 60 minutes between coats and before applying polish
• Apply 3 to 5 coats of Armstrong S-480 Polish
