Pattern Cut grills are decorative wood return air grills in 26 unique patterns. Beautifully crafted, Pattern Cut grills are made with a laser, giving you a precisely cut decorative edge. These wood return air grills are a 1/4 inch thick Baltic birch hardwood ply. There is a choice of oak, maple, or cherry furniture grade veneer face. Pattern Cut Grills are unfinished, sanded, and ready to be stained to match your room's decor. Want to paint instead? Order the maple wood return air grill for a paintable surface.

These wood return air grills can also be used for covering air conditioning ducts. This is a great option if you want to get away from the traditional white grill. Pattern Cut grills are perfect for your wall or ceiling, however they are not made for floors. The standard wood return air grills have a 1" border with screw holes to attach to wall or ceiling. Screws are included. Pattern Cut grills can be made without screw holes, but you would be responsible for method of attaching.
