Water Based Clear Finish For Wood

Pro Finish is a water based clear finish for wood furniture, floors, cabinetry and other surface repairs. Use this clear finish for wood over Trade Secret Markers or Fill Sticks. This water based clear finish for wood can be used to fill scratches and repair minor damage to wood finishes. Trade Secret clear finish for wood can also be used to to restore worn or tired wood finishes. To obtain a matte or duller finish simply use a high grit sand paper 280+. For a glossier finish simply rub with a soft cloth using furniture polish. The advantage of a water based clear finish is that it is easier to work with, clean up with and has less fumes. Using this clear finish for wood will not alter the look or stain finish of your existing piece.

Clear Finish For Wood Directions

Area to be treated is clean and dust free
Lightly sand the area to be treated
Make sure the applicator brush isn't saturated with the water based wood clear finish
Apply in light strokes going with the grain of the wood
Several light coats are more affective than one or two heavy coats
Lightly sand in between coats
Always test in a inconspicuous area first
