        Cal-Flor VinylFix Repair Kit - Mix 2 Match Floor Repair

        Cal-Flor Mix2Match VinylFix repairs damage to any hard surface. Virtually any color can be matched with this great kit. All surfaces should be clean and free from dust and dirt before application. This easy to use repair kit can be used on all vinyl looks including stone, wood, LVT, slate and ceramic. Unlimited color combinations can even create marbling or graining.

        Cal-Flor Vinyl Repair Kit Includes:

        Application Directions for Mix2Match Vinyl Repair Kit:

        1. Choose a color from the included formula chart found inside package.
          • Add the required amount of tint drops into the bowl and mix thoroughly with the stick included.
          • Measure the required amount of putty onto the mixing board by using the reference lines, then add the required drops to putty.
          • The colors can be made lighter or darker by adding more or less putty or by adding the white tint to your mixture.
          • To achieve very light colors, add 1/3 to 1/4 of the putty/tint mixture to some fresh putty until the desired lightness is achieved.
          • To alter colors, add the desired tint to putty, then add to mix.
        2. Apply with spatula, slightly overfilling the affected area of repair.
        3. When the mixture is dry, gently rub away any excess on the surrounding area with a damp cloth until the surface is smooth.
        4. If shrinkage occurs, re-apply.
        5. Once the repair is completely dry, apply clean lacquer over the area using the included brush.
        6. You can also create a graining or marbling effect with this formula. Instructions included for this type of effect.

        Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown once all items have been added to the cart and your shipping method has been selected.

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
