Transition from Wood to concrete, tile to cement, or carpet to floor transition. This 12 foot Johnsonite transition strip is available in 32 colors to color coordinate. Keep in mind that all monitors display colors differently so your wood to concrete Johnsonite transition may look slightly different than what you expected. These long lasting tile to cement transitions have received recommendation from the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Association).
