Oil Rubbed Bronze Sidewall Register - Mission/Craftsman metal floor registers can be turned into sidewall registers simply by using wall mounting brackets. (Not recommended for ceiling use.)

Wondering what size register to order? Use the actual hole size and not the register faceplate dimensions when ordering. A hole size of 4" x 12" would need a 4" x 12" register. The dampers on the back of the register will stick out 1 1/4".
